much ado about green


Is it trendy to be vegetarian these days or is it the beginning of an evolutionary change? I'm noticing more and more literature on the subject. Especially from former meat-loving celebrity chefs and glossy mags. I've gradually become vegetarian and it has made the transition easier...

I just came across Yotam Ottolenghi's weekly articles. I can't wait to try some of these recipes. Being green never tasted so good.
