Fig Vodka

Lady Gaga got nothin on the charleston. How I wish we could re-invent the speakeasy nights.

My code for autumn includes a fancy shmancy vodka concoction sure to make anyone swoon. I knew a fabulous Charlestonian (the town, not the dance - although I'm sure she could pull off both) who brewed this for intimate gatherings. She was always understated, chic, simple. Her fig vodka was her only accessory.

Fig and Vanilla Infused Vodka
4 cups vodka
6 Black Mission Figs, cut into quarters
Vanilla bean
5 whole cloves
Mason Jar

Place all in Mason Jar and place in dark space for two weeks. Strain and serve.
